WORK WITH ME

With 15 years of experience in leadership, management and training at a large corporate organisation, I have a deep knowledge of what it takes for a business to thrive.

If you or your teams are stressed and overwhelmed, reactive and defensive, or in need of a more team-based work ethic, or if you simply think things could be better than they are, I am the coach for you.

I work with organisations to offer both individual and group or team-based coaching tailored to the specific needs of my clients, while knowing that at the root of any successful company is a workforce that is resilient, resourceful and ready to communicate.

My areas of expertise include resilience building, improving performance, listening and communication skills, and managing change, stress and anxiety in the workplace. 

I use transformative coaching, positive psychology, mindfulness, CBT and Neuro-Linguistic Programming, underpinning an instinctive approach with these solid foundational trainings.

I offer a number of assessments such as Strength Profile Tests, MTQ48 to assess mental resilience, and wellbeing questionnaires, so we can see clearly at the beginning of the process what areas need attention, and at the end of our time together the outcomes are measurable and quantifiable.

Through working with me as your coach, your individuals or team will come away with energy, focus and a desire to work.

    One-to-One coaching helps support the wellbeing and development of employees, helping them become more resilient to challenges and increasing self esteem and motivation at work. It is Especially helpful for anyone changing roles, new parents returning to work from maternity or paternity leave, or someone experiences low levels of self-esteem or wellbeing.

  • TEAM & GROUP COACHING

    Team coaching helps to develop working relationships, clarify goals and objectives and increase the team’s overall effectiveness. We will build sustainable reflective practices, foster trust and creativity within the team and develop a solutions focused approach to problem solving.

    Group coaching focuses on a range of topics relevant to the organisation, from leadership development, building a resilient and positive mindset to creating lasting confidence and self-esteem.

    Workshops are a brilliant way to help increase employee engagement and staff retention, helping individuals and teams learn key skills sand techniques that they can apply both in the workplace and at home.
